The one day application submission and decision service

We also provide a same day service, in accordance with the Home Office Premium same-day-service. This means that we can submit your application to the Home Office on your behalf by hand and usually get a decision on the same day. Normally, this will apply only where the application is straight forward and there is no adverse immigration history or criminal convictions (including traffic offences).

You will not have to attend the Home Office with our representative unless the particular application requires the biometrics of the applicant, e.g. PBS and FLR (M) applications and a few others. In such cases we will arrange an appointment with the Home Office and the applicant will have to attend with our representative.

If you would like us to obtain a decision on an application via the same day service then you must book an appointment with us at least 14 days before the date upon which you wish your application to be submitted. You will have to pay an additional one off fee for this service. Where you give us less than 14 days’ notice, the fee for this service will be increased, depending upon the amount of notice that you do give us. Additionally, please be aware that if you provide us with less than 14 days’ notice, the service will be provided on a subject to availability basis.

The types of applications that can be submitted by us using this service are:
